• Within 14 calendar days after receiving your order, you can send your article back.
  
• In the original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
• The return costs are at your own expense.

*Due to the nature of Akari lamps, we cannot accept returns unless the item is damaged or defected when delivered to you. Please take care when unpacking your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Returns that do not comply with our policies will not be accepted.
